I've been obsessed with the fitness industry since the days of Body Shaping (look it up 😊 ), I've read every fitness magazine out there, Followed numerous fitness plans, tried cutting-edge supplements, and the latest and greatest workouts, etc. I've modeled my workouts after many different bodybuilders, actors, trainers to the stars, Trying to chase and replicate the bodies displayed on the magazine and the big screens. I followed those programs to every last detail, yet never achieved the results I was chasing.
I learned throughout my journey that there was no one magical workout, no one magical diet that was going to get me those results. Through education and trial and error, I developed a thorough understanding of how to build evidence-based fitness plans suited to an individual's body type, movement patterns, and work-life balance. Once I stopped chasing and began creating my customized workouts, I began to get the results I was looking for fairly quickly.
I found a system that worked for me; together we can create a customized program specifically tailored to meet your physical and nutritional goals and one that suits your movement patterns to ensure that your body is moving with peak efficiency and less prone to injury.

Analyzing how you move and identifying where muscle imbalances occur will provide a blueprint to build a solid base. Having a solid base will promote movement efficiency, which in turn supports proper maximal muscle recruitment. The result? Better muscle quality and gains with less fatigue.

Based on your availability and goals, we can dial up or tone down the intensity. Short on time some days? I got 20-minute workouts that will leave even the most seasoned vet pumped and in a pile of sweat.

Based on your assessment, goals, schedule, and training style preference, I'll devise workouts suited to you, your weight goals, movement compensations, and time constraints.
I'll reach into my tool arsenal to provide a variety of exercises/plans, along with alternate options for when your schedule is too tight to get a full workout. I want you to keep the fitness locomotion going on schedule.
With each workout, we will walk through the exercises and break down the mechanics, so you understand how the exercise is supposed to feel and what we are trying to achieve with each exercise and workout. My goal is not only to get you in great shape but to transfer as much knowledge as possible so that you become proficient enough to understand how incorrect form feels (develop the mind-muscle connection) on an exercise and also in time to be able to design your own workouts, and understand the how and why we got to that approach.
